About the role
A criminal defence practice is looking for an admitted attorney with right of appearance to run a trial and bail practice.
What you'll do
- Run bail applications and trials in the magistrates' courts
- Consult with clients in custody and at the office
- Brief counsel on high court matters
- Be part of an after-hours call-out rota
What you'll need
- Admitted attorney with at least two years' post-admission experience
- Right of appearance in the high court an advantage
- Strong advocacy skills
- Valid driver's licence
