What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number and message when you use our forms, subscribe to our newsletter or apply for a listing.
Information collected automatically: basic usage data such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiries, send the newsletter you asked for, manage listings and advertising, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
When you contact a lawyer through the directory, you deal with them directly and their own privacy policy applies. We share information with service providers, such as our email and hosting providers, only so they can provide their services to us.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing and unsubscribe from marketing at any time. You may also complain to the Information Regulator.
Security and retention
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.
