About the role
A busy family law practice is looking for a candidate attorney to start articles in January 2027.
What you'll do
- Draft divorce summonses, settlement agreements and parenting plans
- Attend maintenance and domestic violence matters at the magistrates' court
- Consult with clients alongside a senior attorney
- Manage files, diaries and court deadlines
What you'll need
- LLB degree completed by December 2026
- Practical Vocational Training (PVT) completed or under way
- Valid driver's licence and own transport
- Fluency in English; isiZulu or Sesotho an advantage
